Terms and Conditions

- Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am.
- Smoking will not be permitted inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied.
- Follow all parking instructions provided in the check-in instructions. We are not responsible for any towing fees.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $250. Guests will also be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
- No illegal activity or inappropriate social behavior will be tolerated. In the event of such activities, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
- The home will be very clean upon your arrival. I ask that you leave it neat and tidy on your departure. If a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee of $150 will be charged.
- No additional guests greater than the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the Host.
- Please notify us immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified to improve your guest experience.
- Any damage to the property should be reported immediately. Damages resulting from careless or negligent behavior will result in additional fees.
- Any missing items are subject to additional fees.
- Guests should not use our white towels to remove makeup/foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- Unless prearranged with the host, late checkouts longer than 30 minutes will be charged a fee of $25/hour. In cases which other guests will be arriving the same day, late checkouts may not be available.
- With prior approval, both an early check-in and a late check-out can be guaranteed in advance for an additional fee to be determined by the Host.
- The primary guest will be held accountable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests.
- Although we always do our best to schedule any property needs around guest stays, occasionally, hosts, cleaners, or maintenance personnel may need access to the property during a guest stay. In the event of an emergency, personnel reserves the right to enter the premises at any time after written notice is given regardless of acknowledgement or permission by the guest. In a non-emergency situation, personnel reserve the right to access the property after 24 hour written notice is given regardless of acknowledgement or permission by the guest.
- Reservations are non-refundable. However, reservations can be changed and credit applied to alternate dates.
