Located in the heart of Charlotte & less than 4 miles away from WhiteWater Center. Also close to the airport and other notable places. The House will be shared with other Airbnb guests that have been vetted by me.

House Rules
No eating or drinking in the bedroom.
No shoes in the house
No Loud or Obnoxious Music
If using the kitchen space or common area, clean after yourself.
No smoking in the house nor on the surrounding premises.
$35 for late check out (after 11 am)
$5 for each washcloth that’s missing after a reservation
$10 for each Towel that’s missing after a reservation
$20 for failure to return room key
Additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the place is left in a state that requires excessive cleaning after a reservation.
Guests not authorized via the Airbnb reservation or by me (the host) are not allowed into the house. If this is discovered, the reservation will be ended abruptly.
Quiet Hours:
Sunday- Thursday - 10 pm - 7 am
Friday & Saturday - 11 pm - 7 am
