House Rules

My main rules are that you respect the house and my neighbors. They are great people and allow me to do this so after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends please be sure to move your party indoors.

The space
This space is great for couples, families, business travelers, and people looking for a convenient location. This property is located right off Interstate 77 at the uptown exit and only a mile from I-85. You can walk to Knights and Panthers games and you're less then two miles from Time Warner Cable Arena and the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center.

There is a large deck and gas grill available for entertaining but please be sure to keep our neighbors in mind!

*As a note someone had mentioned the air conditioner not keeping the house cold on 90+ days. There are specific instructions that are easy to follow about the a/c. It works fine if thermostats are set correctly. Numerous groups have stayed here and followed the instructions without issue and said the house kept them more than comfortable.
Guest access
The whole house is available with several closets for storage. There will be some closets that are locked and used for personal storage. There is a keypad on the backdoor from the deck entrance. The code will be provided prior to check in.

Neighborhood overview
This is a historic neighborhood with a lot of houses being renovated and new ones being built. This area is rapidly growing and a brewery is going in up the road in 2016 and a trolley line one block over in 2017. The people moving into this neighborhood are welcoming and friendly.
Getting around
You can park on the street or in the driveway behind the house. There are some areas that are no parking on game days but the driveway has enough room for three cars. I would suggest taking an Uber most places. They are readily available and cheaper than most cabs. If you would like to walk into the city it shouldn't take you more then 15 minutes.
