Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests or the number noted at the time of booking. Based on age a security deposit may be requested to stay.

No parties or gatherings. Noise disturbances, gatherings, smoking (vaping included) in the house or outside of the house, and drug use are not allowed on this property. No fires in the indoor fireplace. Absolutely no pets are allowed due to severe allergies. No parking in the grass only in the driveway or street (at your discretion). Charcoal grills are not permitted. There is a $750 fine if you violate these policies.

Charlotte has an 11 pm noise ordinance, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to being a good neighbor.

Unless prearranged with the host, late checkouts longer than 30 minutes will be charged a fee of $25/hour. In cases which other guests will be arriving the same day, late checkouts may not be available.

Although we always do our best to schedule any property needs around guest stays, occasionally, hosts, cleaners, or maintenance personnel may need access to the property during a guest stay. In the event of an emergency, personnel reserves the right to enter the premises at any time after written notice is given regardless of acknowledgement or permission by the guest. In a non-emergency situation, personnel reserve the right to access the property after 24 hour written notice is given regardless of acknowledgement or permission by the guest.

Keys not returned will be charged to guests at $25 per key.
